This Privacy Policy explains how avamate.ai ("avamate.ai", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data submitted through this website. We are committed to handling personal data lawfully, transparently, and with care.

We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or any other automatic tracking technology on this website. We do not build profiles of visitors.
This website loads its typography from Google Fonts. When the fonts load, your browser connects to Google's servers to retrieve them. This happens only to display the site's design — it is not used by avamate.ai for tracking.
3Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use the information you provide for a single purpose: to respond to and follow up on your inquiry. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Our lawful basis for processing is your consent, given when you tick the consent box before submitting the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 7).
4Who we share it with
Form submissions are processed through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service that transmits your message to our inbox. Web3Forms acts as a data processor on our behalf. Depending on their infrastructure, your data may be processed on servers located outside Israel or the European Economic Area as part of delivering your message to us.
We do not share your data with any other third party, except where required by law.
5How long we keep it
We retain inquiry data only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any reasonable follow-up — typically up to 12 months — unless the inquiry leads to an ongoing relationship. If it does, we retain it as part of that relationship and under any applicable record-keeping obligations. Otherwise, it is deleted.
6How we protect it
We apply reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take care to limit who can access the data and for what purpose.

Subject to applicable law — including Israel's Privacy Protection Law and, where relevant, the EU GDPR — you have the right to:
